ACAS positions offer flexibility and autonomy and are based across both metropolitan and regional locations, with most roles involving local travel within each region.
What will your role look like?
As an Assessor you'll be out and about in your Region visiting and completing Residential Aged Care (RAC) Funding Assessments using the AN-ACC Assessment Tool.
Day to day this includes: Assessments for New residents, Respite care, reconsideration and palliative AN-ACC Assessment.
To be successful in this role you'll need: A kind heart and genuine passion for the elderly A Tertiary qualification in a health related discipline with the relevant current and unrestricted AHPRA Registration.
Suitable for a Registered Nurse, Medical Officer, Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist with 5 years experience delivering clinical services in an aged care setting Currently have or willing to obtain the RAC Funding Assessor accreditation.
