QUALITY MANAGER (maternity leave position) Contemporary Catering has been providing specialist food, hospitality and support services to residents and customers, predominantly in the Aged Care sector throughout Australia, since 1998. Our team works hard to provide nutritional food and great service to our customers. Our aim is to blend our team with the facility team, building long term relationships to provide a stable and responsive food service to enhance the outcome for our customers.
About the Position 12-month position (Maternity leave cover) commencing in January 2025 Full time hours, based at our Bayswater support office (occasional travel to sites required) Work in conjunction with our teams to improve systems and operations Develop policies and procedures Report writing and communicating outcomes Provide assistance and follow through with effective problem solving and corrective actions Oversee the internal audit team The ideal candidate is a critical thinker who will proactively improve the quality systems of the company through internal audits, participation in process improvement programs and interaction with key partners to obtain constructive feedback. Responsibilities Develop and improve standardised production, quality and customer service standards Identify potential risks before they become a problem, focusing on root cause analysis and preventative action Perform internal and external quality audits and compile detailed reports of findings Build a strong quality team through coaching, mentoring, training and performance evaluations Qualifications Bachelor's degree or similar experience in Quality Assurance 5+ years' relevant work experience Thorough knowledge of safe food handling and HACCP principles Highly organised individual, with excellent attention to detail #J-18808-Ljbffr
