Clough is delivering the engineering, procurement and construction for the upgrade of the Dampier Bulk Handling Facility.
We are currently searching for a Quality Manager to join the Dampier Bulk Handling Facility Project team. As Quality Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring, implementing, and managing site quality across the project, as well as overseeing supplier & subcontract quality management.\
The role will be initially based in the Perth Head Office and will transition to site in 2024 as construction activities ramp up.

Your focus willinclude: 
Acting as Clough's primary contact for Quality matters.Responsibility over the quality induction and training program for all personnel involved in the Project.Development and implementation of the Quality Management Plan.Ensuring the quality management system is established, implemented and maintained.Promoting the awareness of Referenced Quality Standards throughout the Project.Reporting, communicating, actioning and closeout of non-conformances and defects that arise.Monitoring NCR's, test results trends and other sources of deficiencies and subsequently investigating and initiating corrective & preventive actions.Monitoring the project quality objectives, targets, KPI's and related programs including status of NCR's, reworks, and defects.Preparation and maintenance of the project audit schedule. Planning, preparing; and executing multi-functional / discipline audits including suppliers / Sub-contractors.What you will bring to the team:
10 years relevant industry experience in a similar role.Ability to communicate in a disciplined and constructive manner.Ability review and interpret technical requirements in the Contracts.Strong commitment to safety and wellbeing of people.Knowledge of completion processes & procedures, System / Sub System boundary drawings. Handover document deliverables, Pre-commissioning, Commissioning activities.Possess Lead Auditor Certificate.We have created an environment that brings out the best in our people.
