Reporting to the Head of Quality, you will lead a team of 4 Quality Associates to deliver on quality assurance objectives. You will make a difference across all areas of the business from product development, document quality, and logistics and distribution. You will engage across multiple stakeholders, effectively communicating and maintaining the organisation's commitment to quality standards in all areas.
Role responsibilities include: Key Quality point of contact for all outside supply chain contractors Ensures that products adhere to quality assurance and cGMP safety standards Manages compliance with regulatory and 3rd party agencies Ensures third party contractors have adequate controls, programs, and organisational structure in place to comply with all customer and regulatory requirements Ensures compliance of the consumer complaint program, including but not limited to: verification that complaints are documented adequately, initiating corrective actions, and overseeing dialogue with customers. Communicates issues & resolutions to stakeholders as they arise Maintains all compliance documentation for each product Maintains all documentation for specifications and testing through the supply chain Ensures NPD/Product Specifications and artwork are properly implemented and/or updated Manages pre-release product inspections ensuring compliance with marketing authorisation Collaborates with Operations to make informed decisions on products and processes Partners with Supply Chain in reporting and resolving issues with products and suppliers Establishment and maintenance of GMP agreements, product master files for all registered and listed products in line with local legislations Timely response to Quality related complaints, escalation of critical complaints and efficient investigation as needed Coach and develop your team of associates Travel may be required from time to time. About You: Five to seven years of related experience in the pharmaceuticals/dietary supplement or related industry Must have previous leadership experience Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Commitment to excellence and high standards You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are resilient to changing priorities Experience of working with online systems Excellent analytical orientation Self-motivated and organised Integrity and accountability Science Degree qualified in a related field e.g. Food Science, Pharmacy, Microbiology, Chemistry etc. #J-18808-Ljbffr
