Because of continued demand for their versatile product range, this organisation is currently recruiting for a permanent Quality Inspector vacancy.
This employer is LEEDS based, meaning the successful Quality Inspector will easily be able to commute from surrounding towns & cities including Bradford, Castleford, Pontefract, Wakefield, Huddersfield, Halifax, Dewsbury, Wetherby and Harrogate.
For the Quality Inspector position, we are keen to receive applications from individuals who possess: Formal qualifications within a relevant discipline (Apprenticeship, HNC, HND, NVQ/BTEC/C&G Level 3 etc.) Previous experience working in a similar role, ideally within a Mechanical Engineering environment The ability to read, interpret and work directly from engineering drawings as well as the ability to effectively use hand measuring instruments (micrometres, verniers, callipers etc.) In return, the Quality Inspector will receive: Annual Salary: Up to 30,000.00 (16.02 per hour) Holiday Entitlement: 30 Days including public holidays Working Hours: Day shifts spread over 36 hours per week - flexibility offered on start & finish times Pension Scheme: 8% Combined contribution (3% employer / 5% employee) Company Sick Pay after 12 months' service This is an excellent opportunity for an accomplished Quality Inspector to join a growing organisation and have the chance to help implement new processes, procedures and technologies in the future.
