About the opportunity
The Quality Control Chemistry Analyst will be responsible for raw materials acceptance testing based in the warehouse.

Duties
Raw material acceptance testing
Daily site meetings
Performing visual examination of incoming goods and raw materials
Checking integrity of boxes
Performing a certificate of analysis check on raw materials against reference on quality system
Performing some sampling of chemicals
Delivering samples to the laboratory for testing
Keeping up with training
Ensuring office and area is of a high standard, filing up to date
Need to be able to lift 10kg but there are mechanical aids for lifting heavy items
No lab testing; the role is in the main store

Skills and Experience
Must have 2 years experience in a similar role
Science Degree not mandatory but favorable
Some knowledge of regulated or pharmaceutical industry
Need to have GMP, GLP and GDP knowledge
Some basic computer skills as there is some data entry of results
Excellent attention to detail
Completion of work to high standard
Safety a priority/safety awareness
