This is embedded into our business model and the ways we work- it's all part of the DNA that has led to over 100 years of success globally.The Impact You'll Make;We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement Manager to lead quality initiatives within our Offsite business.
In this role, you'll ensure that our operations meet ITW Construction AP standards as well as regulatory and industry requirements.
You will apply quality control policies, resolve quality issues through expert analysis, and drive operational improvements to boost efficiency and foster a culture of continuous improvement.Implement and maintain the Offsite Quality Management System, including branch operations and supplier inputsOversee quality systems and audit processes, managing internal and external investigations of non-conforming products or processesAddress quality concerns via the Customer Complaints system, communicating findings with key stakeholdersWork closely with Offsite Engineering and Marketing to uphold consistent quality standardsOversee quality assurance contracts with key partnersIdentify, lead, and assess continuous improvement (CI) opportunities in line with business strategy to enhance productivity and engagementLead CI projects to drive measurable performance improvements, guiding teams toward Operational ExcellenceMentor team members in new processes, support end-of-life equipment strategies, and assist in new procurementAbout You;Demonstrated experience managing change and continuous improvement initiativesStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with attention to detailProficient in managing multiple projects and leading cross-functional teamsExperience conducting internal and supplier audits, managing technical relationships, and training/coaching stakeholdersKnowledge of quality systems management (ISO 9001 or ISO 10001) and Codemark certification (optional)Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six SigmaBachelor's degree in engineering, Science, or a quality management-related field (preferred)2+ years in a quality management role within a manufacturing or product environment (preferred)Qualifications:This role offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact on the quality and efficiency of our business.
