12 weeks on / 2 weeks offOur client is a global leader within the energy market and is looking for a QA/QC Engineer to join them on a BESS project in New South Wales.Responsibilities:Manage site quality documentation and adherence to quality plans.Serve as a liaison between on-site teams and senior management, reporting site deviations or issues.Address site quality issues promptlyMaintain the integrity of the quality process throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring all procedures align with design requirements and regulations.Collaborate with electrical advisorsFacilitate the grid connection process in coordination with relevant stakeholdersRequired:Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within renewable energy or related industries.Strong electrical background, with a comprehensive understanding of electrical equipment and installations.Previous experience in both Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) roles.Proficient in executing quality plans within construction site environments.Familiar with ISO 9001 quality standards and their application in project management.Possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage tough conversations effectively.Experience in managing the grid connection process will be advantageous.Logistics:Start date ASAPThis is an onsite positionRate is negotiable depending on experienceWork hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional Saturdays as needed.
