About the Role: NRW Civil and Mining has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Quality Assurance Officer to join our team.

This position is available on a 12-month contract covering parental leave.
To be considered for this position, you must possess the following as a minimum: Proven history contributing to a team in a project environment Strong organisational and time management skills with an ability to prioritise, multi-task and manage own workload Tenacious and hardworking attitude with high attention to detail Ability to work independently where required Previous administration experience and proficient with modern IT applications including, but not limited to Microsoft Excel, Word, Visio, Outlook, Teams and SharePoint Knowledge of business management systems and procedures Good working knowledge of document control in both a corporate and project environment and knowledge of current document control standards Desirable experience and qualifications include: Experience in the Construction and/or Mining sectors Experience in systems and software including, but not limited to SharePoint, InEight Document, Aconex and Documentum Internal auditor training and audit experience Understanding of ISO 9001 principles As a Quality Assurance Officer, you will be responsible for but not limited to: Corporate document control which includes guidance on and formatting of business management system documentation and review and approval of system workflows for documentation prior to publishing on SharePoint; along with audits of system metadata accuracy and cross referencing Support with project document control and setting up new projects with document management systems through collaboration with our project teams and clients Managing company archiving Report compilation for outstanding/overdue corporate document control tasks and project documentation deliverables Training on quality systems including, but not limited to SharePoint, InEight Document and Aconex Administrative support to the quality and wider HSEQ team About the Opportunity: Competitive salary, flexibility and benefits available NRW's commitment to training and development Free onsite parking Employee Assistance Program (EAP) available for yourself and your immediate family Income Protection Insurance Range of corporate discounts including private health insurance, membership options and retail discounts Extensive salary sacrifice options, including novated vehicle leasing NRW is an Equal Opportunity Employer, and we strongly support diversity in our workforce.
