* Fixed-term, full-time position * Saraly range $92,332 to $104,762 plus Superannuation * CBD office location/ hybrid working Quality and Regulatory Practice (QRP) reports directly to the Chief Strategy & Risk Officer, Strategy, assurance and Risk Division.
This Quality Assurance Officer role sits within QRP, providing knowledge management, business document creation, change communication, and process monitoring, and continuous improvement initiative support to the Regulatory Operations division.
The Quality Assurance Officer role is responsible for the identification, development and implementation of quality and process compliance initiatives across the Victorian Building Authority in support of organisational objectives, staff competence, and the Trusted Regulator Program.
The position has a foundation in Lean process and ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
Who we are looking for: * An ability to produce a range of complex reports and recommendations on relevant issues.
* Ability to contribute planning projects and work programs.
* Experience to develop change management project scopes, briefs and recommendations.
* Experience working with complex polices and develop guidelines for stakeholders.
