We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Quality Assurance Manager to lead and oversee the operations of our business at a macro level.
Role Overview: As the Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic oversight and operational management of our client base across Victoria. You will be based out of the principal office situated in Camberwell. This is a senior leadership role requiring a skilled corporate manager with a track record of success in managing multi-site operations. You will play a critical role in driving business growth, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring our high standards of service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to drive growth, profitability, and operational excellence across all sites. Align business goals with corporate objectives and ensure effective execution of strategies.Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of all nine mobile car detailing locations. Ensure that each site operates efficiently, meets performance targets, and adheres to company policies and procedures.Financial Oversight: Manage the financial performance of the business. Prepare budgets, monitor financial reports, and analyse financial data to make informed decisions and drive cost-effective practices.Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop site managers and their teams. Foster a positive work environment, promote professional development, and ensure high levels of employee engagement and performance.Customer Experience: Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained across all sites. Address customer feedback, resolve issues, and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.Compliance and Safety: Ensure all sites comply with relevant regulations, health and safety standards, and environmental requirements. Implement and monitor safety procedures and risk management practices.Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities for business expansion and improvement. Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth.Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports to the Managing Director on operational performance, financial results, and key metrics. Utilise data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement and strategic decision-making.Key Requirements: Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Manager or in a senior operational leadership role, preferably within the mobile car detailing or service industry.Strong understanding of corporate management principles, strategic planning, and multi-site operations.Excellent financial acumen with experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and cost control.Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, with a focus on developing talent and fostering a positive work culture.Outstanding problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex operational challenges effectively.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.Familiarity with compliance and safety regulations relevant to the car detailing industry.Ability to travel between sites as required.What We Offer: Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.Opportunities for professional development and career growth.A supportive and dynamic work environment.The chance to lead and shape the future of a growing business.If you are a visionary leader with a passion for operational excellence and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service, we would love to hear from you.
