What does it take to shape w hat's next? Our Quality team are looking for a Perth-based Business Partner to support our Western Australia / Northern Territory business. Whilst the primary focus of the role will be on WA/NT, there may be opportunities to support other regions across Australia, New Zealand, and Asia.
Key responsibilities include:
Support ing the business in driving its quality strategy, programmes , processes, and obligations
Promot ing quality performance improvement s and achievement of management system objectives and key performance indicators
Undertak ing internal and second-party quality audits as well as attending and supporting third-party audits (e.g., ISO 9001,14001, 27001 and 45001)
Upskill ing and train ing employees in the quality management system through coaching and mentoring.

As well as substantial experience in a similar role , the ideal candidate will possess the following:
A background in Quality Management Systems within a professional consultancy environment
Lead management system auditor qualifications
A strong implementation and delivery focus with a strategic outlook
Strong interpersonal and intercultural skills
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A resilien t mindset and the ability to work independently and across multiple time zones .
Nice to have experience includes:
Experience in coaching and facilitation to a wide variety of audiences
Previous work experience in the south-east Asian markets .
