Job Title: Quality Assurance Advisor
Location: Kens Bore Mine, WA, Australia
Contract Type: Contract, 2:1 Swing (2 weeks on-site, 1 week off)
Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Advisor to join our team at Kens Bore Mine.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance are met in all mining operations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance within the mining industry and be adept at identifying areas for improvement to enhance overall operational efficiency and safety.
Key Responsibilities: Quality Assurance Oversight:Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance programs and processes to ensure compliance with company standards, industry regulations, and best practices.Conduct regular inspections and audits of mining operations to identify non-conformities and recommend corrective actions.Collaborate with operational teams to resolve quality issues and ensure adherence to quality standards.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of quality assurance activities, including inspection reports, audit findings, and corrective action plans.Prepare detailed quality reports and presentations for management, highlighting key performance indicators, trends, and areas for improvement.Ensure that all quality assurance processes comply with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.Promote a culture of safety and quality awareness among site personnel through training and communication.Working Conditions: Roster: 2:1 swing (2 weeks on-site, 1 week off), with potential for extended shifts and overtime as required.Accommodation: On-site accommodation provided.Travel: Regular travel to and from the mine site, as well as potential travel for training and professional development. #J-18808-Ljbffr
