Qualified Mechanic | Opposite Lock TownsvilleOpposite Lock 4x4 Townsville is a locally owned and operated 4WD Accessory fitment and servicing centre located in Garbutt. We are currently seeking applications for a Fully Qualified Mechanic to join our expanding and growing servicing and repair department.This position would be suited to a highly motivated person who can work well in a team environment and have the ability to work unsupervised. Our customers appreciate being able to talk personally with their mechanic, so strong interpersonal and communication skills will be an advantage.To be successful within this role you will possess the following skills and attributes:Demonstrated experience in service/repairs to all makes and models.Demonstrated diagnostic experience.Fully qualified technician in Light Vehicle Mechanical.Experience in exhaust fitment and repairs would be an advantage.Excellent time management and organisational skills.Queensland C Class Drivers Licence.Accessory fitment experience would be an advantage.Reliable, punctual and take pride in your work.Ability to follow instructions.Attention to detail and recognise the need to satisfy customers beyond their expectations.Work hours are Monday to Thursday 8:00am – 4.30pm and Fridays 8am to 2.30pm, with occasional overtime required.
