$73,000 - $75,000 pa/ Cert Ill qualified + 3 years experience for Full/ time position with early starts; Mix, knead, rest, roll, cut and shape dough, for breads and pastry products; Mix, rest and bake full range of breads; Construction and baking of pastries, cakes and slices; Glaze and dust bread pastries and products as needed; Apply fillings, icings and decorations as needed and to special order cakes.
