About the role The QSE Coordinator will assist the site operations teams in compliance with systems and business processes such as Quality, Safety, Environmental, Training, Process, and Regulatory Compliance.
This role requires a high degree of passion to be successful in this ever-growing and exciting division of Visy Specialties.
Duties Reporting to the Operations Manager, key responsibilities include:
Maintain safety portal data and manage corrective actions and improvement projects. Participate in site audits (Customer, ISO, GMP, FSC). Ensure environmental compliance and manage improvement projects. Lead FSC compliance efforts. Drive site-wide Food Safety. Prepare and deliver safety and quality-focused toolbox talks. Prepare regular reports and enhance communication. Maintain and develop operational procedures. What you will bring to the team Highly effective and efficient communication skills at all levels. Ability to liaise with all relevant departments to ensure actions are completed across different business requirements (Safety/Compliance/Quality/Service). Team-focused and enjoys working in a fast-paced and proactive environment. Mandatory knowledge of Windows OS, Excel, and email software. Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Strong analytical and people skills.
