Radiation Professionals Australia Pty Ltd (RPA) are seeking a highly experienced QHSE Manager to join their team in Hazelmere, WA. This full-time role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality, health, safety and environmental management within the company. As the QHSE Manager, you will play a crucial part in ensuring Radiation Professionals Australia maintains the highest standards of compliance and workplace safety.
This role is based out of our Hazelmere office with periodic visits to both Karratha and Onslow.
What you'll be doing Working with managers and employees to ensure WHS and environment management are integral parts of the RPA culture. Managing the company certification under ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 Developing, implementing and continually improving the company's quality, health, safety and environmental management systems Conducting regular audits and inspections to monitor compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations and internal policies Identifying and assessing risks, and implementing appropriate control measures Providing training and support to employees on QHSE procedures and best practices Maintaining accurate records and documentation to demonstrate compliance Collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure QHSE objectives are aligned with the overall business strategy Staying up-to-date with changes in QHSE regulations and industry best practices Participating in project QHSE progress and client meetings as required Overseeing incident investigations, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions What we're looking for Degree in a relevant field such as Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Management or a related discipline Minimum of 5 years' experience as a QHSE Manager or in a similar role within the mining, resources or energy industry Proven track record of developing and implementing effective QHSE management systems Excellent knowledge of relevant health, safety and environmental legislation and regulations Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address QHSE issues Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities Incident Investigation and Analysis training (5 Why, ICAM or TapRoot) desirable Flexibility to travel to project sites in various locations across Australia About the Company RPA are a specialist HazMat company that provides services to the Petroleum, Mining and Resources sector.
