Schedule Requirements: (PM): Mon- Fri 2pm -10:30pm (AM): Sun – Thurs 6am – 2:30pm Your Responsibilities Include: Perform various inspections including daily operational inspection, room temperature monitoring, metal detection verification, building inspection, and monitor GMP's. Carry out all line checks to ensure compliance with product and process specifications. Inspect raw material products and outgoing products, and report any deficiencies. Perform control point checks, pre-shipment reviews, and allergen checks. Review and verify production records for completion and accuracy. Microbial sampling of raw materials, environmental, and finished products. Adhere to food safety and HACCP Principles. Your Qualifications Include: Minimum 3 years extensive knowledge in quality control. University/Bachelor/Diploma of Food Science & Chemical or equivalent. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented and methodical in documentation and processes. A self-starter, a team player, and a finisher.
