Qc Scientific Officer

Quality Assurance & Control (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics) Responsible for conducting quality control tests for finished products.Responsible for sampling and testing of incoming raw materials and packaging materials.Responsible for monitoring and tracking the results of tests that are carried out in third party laboratories for finished products and starting materials.Responsible for quality inspection on starting materials and finished products.Responsible for proper filing and maintaining of certificate of analysis of all starting materials and QC materials.Responsible to carry out quality and hygiene checks on all staff and with corrective measures.Investigation of customer complaints along with Sr. QC Officer & QA Manager.Ensuring the well maintenance of QC lab equipment, and monitoring the calibration status of equipment and informing their superiors of equipment due for calibration.Evaluate batch records.Responsible for the proper keeping and documentation of chemicals and related Reference standards.Assist store in-charge in day-to-day store activities and takes in-charge of store and signs on behalf of store in-charge in his / her absence.Will perform the duties of Sr. QC Officer as acting Sr. QC Officer in his/ her absence.Assist Sr. Quality Control Officer in routine work.Any other work as directed by Site Manager or QA Manager.Requirements: Minimum academic qualification is bachelor's degree in life sciences.Exposure in laboratory testing and sterile manufacturing would be an added advantage.Have knowledge in cGMPs as well as good laboratory techniques and skills.Able to prepare the professional standard documents, procedures and reports in English.Preferably experience in sterile manufacturing, validation and quality control.Independent, mature personality with good communication and interpersonal skills and able to interact with people at all levels.Able to work closely in a small team.Proactive, self-initiative and organized.Knowledge of QC methods using HPLC, GC and TLC instruments.Understanding of cyclotrons and their operation.Ability to maintain Quality Control equipment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
