About Our Client Our client is a leading national operator of restaurants, bars, cafes and other food and beverage outlets in travel locations. Currently operating more then 40 brands and growing across Australia.
Job Description Drive commercial analysis such as product & supplier reviews, tenders, cost changes.Data mining, analysis and maintenance to support purchasing and inventory stream including but not limited to inflation mitigation.Support business wide projects with analysis and data consolidation.Partake in the roll out of online solutions to integrate and optimise business processes. The Successful Applicant Must have experience in similar role with proven record of accomplishment.A genuine and honest "can do" approach.Strong analytical skillsProblem solving and strong commercial awareness with a proactive attitude.
