Located in the heart of Oakleigh, our newly renovated, contemporary office is a 5 minute walk from Oakleigh station and provides a modern and collaborative work environment.
Role Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accountant to join our team.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2.5 years of experience in public practice accounting.
You will be responsible for a diverse range of accounting and taxation services for our clients, including: Preparation of financial statements and tax returns Business advisory services BAS and GST compliance Payroll and superannuation services Auditing and assurance services Key Requirements: Minimum 2.5 years of experience in public practice accounting Must be willing to travel to Oakleigh office location on a fulltime basis Strong technical knowledge of accounting and taxation principles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB) Experience in cloud-based accounting solutions (desirable) Benefits to you: Competitive salary and benefits package Open to part time Modern and collaborative work environment Opportunities for professional development Supportive and friendly team culture
