Work with brand field teams and dealers on both wholegoods and parts product sales to meet sales and margin targets. Provides escalated (Tier 3) Field Support
Working with the brands in the region, understands and anticipates the customer needs in the region and provides them with advice and support
Understands competitive scenario and develop recommendations on how to stay ahead of the competition
Works with the brands and parts on sales and margin achievement
Provides subject matter expertise on the precision farming product suites
Provides feedback to the regional marketing manager on product needs for future roadmap
Assist dealers and brands with developing marketing plans to include PS&T as a central focus
Assist dealers with development plans of the PS&T business
Assist dealers and brands with precision farming certification as a subject matter expert
Support and execute dealer sales training
Support and execute customer education training.
Provide assistance at agricultural shows and events
Develop and participate in the precision farming annual update and conference
Tertiary qualifications in a technical field or four years precision farming related experience
Ability to work was as product expert in a team sales environment.
Ability to work with minimal direct supervision.
Field experience with an OEM or dealership preferred, but not required
Proficiency with MS Office(Excel, Teams Word, PowerPoint etc)
Experience or strong familiarity with precision farming equipment and software, agricultural machinery and systems.
Strong understanding data and API connectivity between information managements systems and machine intelligence systems
