This is complemented by a strong capability to react, respond to, and recover swiftly from physical security threats, emergencies, and incidents.You will play a key leadership role in IAG's Trans-Tasman Protective Services Team, leading and developing the Protective Security Program in Australia, identifying and addressing potential threats and risks to IAG's people, information, and assets in line with IAG's risk appetite. Additionally, you will oversee the national IAG security guarding contract and 24/7 Security Operations Centre, ensuring day-to-day operations align with strategic goals and key performance targets.
