Opportunity to be part of the team who manage and sustain some of the most iconic and diverse public land through the Crown reserve system.
Ongoing full-time role, located in Goulburn, NSW.
Salary starting from $64,973 (plus supper and annual leave loading)

As the Property Services Officer in Crown Lands, you will provide frontline service and undertake a range of tasks in the reserve, sales, tenure and property management field to achieve government priorities in the management of Crown Land.

We’re looking for a motivated and committed customer service professional that will be able to respond to a range of customer enquiries and requests for information in relation to Crown land.

Day to day you can expect to:
Provide timely, consistent and effective frontline client service and advice on routine Crown land issues
Respond to a range of customer enquiries and requests for information and determining the resource to direct them to or the appropriate response.
Support and advice in resolving property or administration issues and land status information and data.
Exercise judgement and discretion in organising and planning their own workload.

What you’ll bring to the role?
You’ll share in our vision for Crown land to support resilient, sustainable and prosperous communities across NSW.

You will be an excellent communicator and able to work as part of a small team and build rapport with external stakeholders. With a strong ability to deliver results and provide exemplary customer service skills you will also have confidence in your decision-making skills.

Experience in filing and records management and initiative to source and locate relevant information combined with an ability to deliver and complete work in a high-volume environment will set you up for success. Tertiary qualifications, or, a keen interest in land management and administration would be beneficial.

A current driver's license and willingness to travel is essential.
