What this opportunity involves:
Are you a highly motivated professional ready for a strategic role in our Research team?
JLL is seeking a proactive, client-centric Research Analyst to join our Melbourne office.
An overview of the role:
Deliver insightful presentations to our client base.
Support quarterly data collection and meet timelines.
Assess benefits and monitor costs of research for internal stakeholders.
Interpret data and provide meaningful recommendations.
Publish topical research papers on the Retail sector.
Produce quarterly property market commentaries on VIC Retail sector.
Contribute to major pitches and submissions for the Retail business.
Work with Marketing & Communications to provide research for media.

This is what we're looking for:
Degree in Property Economics, Commerce, Market Research, Geography, or related quantitative discipline.
Strong analytical and data management skills.
Excellent research report writing and presentation abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office packages.
Detail-oriented with a good eye for accuracy.
Organised and process-driven.
Effective communicator and team player.
Ability to meet deadlines and multitask.
