We are currently looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our small team.
Established in 2016 as a Harcourts office, we have rebranded to a COCO office and have over 300 properties under management, having sold over 650 properties in the Nth Gold Coast, Labrador, and Southport mainly.
The portfolio consists of approximately 145 properties, and you will be required to manage it autonomously with some assistance.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT POSITION We are looking for a dedicated team player to join our Rental Department, who will be offered support, encouragement, and a competitive salary package including bonuses, a take-home car (for the right applicant), a laptop, and a mobile phone.
Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of properties.
Provide excellent customer service.
Maintain a high level of attention to detail with a positive 'can-do' attitude.
Ensure professional personal presentation.
Minimum Requirements: Minimum 12 months experience in property management.
Hold a current QLD Driver's Licence.
Experience using Property Tree or similar, REX, Inspect Real Estate programs.
Demonstrated customer service and organizational skills.
