You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of an established portfolio of 200 residential properties using RP Office software. Duties will include, but are not limited to:Arrears managementTrust accounting including end of month processesRepairs and maintenanceIngoing, outgoing, and periodical inspectionsGenerating leads and converting to new managements to grow the existing rent rollWe are looking for a Property Manager with a minimum of 3 years property management experience. You will have the ability to communicate with tenants and landlords in a professional manner and possess the integrity to reflect our reputation and ethics.
