About the role:
Due to ongoing growth in our property management department, we are looking for an experienced residential Property Manager to join our dynamic team. We provide support from management, excellent training and skill development, administration, and leasing assistance. We encourage our team to succeed with plenty of opportunity for career progression.
Your tasks will include:
Managing a portfolio of approx 160 - 170 propertiesProviding outstanding customer service tolandlords and tenantsArranging repairs and maintenance to propertiesPreparing condition reportsArrears managementRent reviewsTo be successful in this role you will have:
Experience in managing a portfolioExceptional customer serviceAbility to build strong client relationshipsDriver's license and reliable carAgents Representative CertificateProperty Tree and Inspect Real Estate experience preferred but not required.#J-18808-Ljbffr
