Property Manager / Assistant Property Manager - Full Time Or Reduced Hours

With the option of full-time, school hours, or permanent part-time, you will join a fairly relaxed but professional environment that has a positive team culture and family feel.

Your role (based on your hours) will see you manage a modest portfolio of up to around 80 properties, all within upmarket west Brisbane suburbs such as Indooroopilly, Chapel Hill, and Kenmore.

If successful, your role will be autonomous, without micromanagement but with support readily available if and when needed.

Requirements
Able to commit to 30-38 hours per week.
Experienced in end-to-end, full portfolio property management.
Hold a current Real Estate Certificate and Driving License (essential).
Be reliable with excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Have a passion for real estate with a quality-focused approach.
Be comfortable working autonomously and within a team.
Willing to contribute to the team culture.
