Slomans have an exciting, newly created position for a Property Management & Lettings Administrator to join our busy team.
This part-time role covers all aspects of Property Management and Lettings from dealing with invoices and property maintenance to viewings, property inspections, and leases.
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic with a can-do attitude and the ability to work well in a small team.
The role requires excellent communication and organisational skills, IT literacy, and experience in Excel is essential.
Property experience is helpful but not essential.
Monday - Friday 25 hours per week.
