The Opportunity:
In this role, you will manage a diverse portfolio of property matters, working across residential and commercial sectors. You'll have direct involvement in:
High-value and complex property transactions, including conveyancing and leasing (retail and commercial) Advising on property development projects and subdivisions Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing contracts and legal documents Providing strategic advice to clients across a range of industries Collaborating with other professionals, including agents, financiers, and developers What You Bring: 1-4 years PAE with a focus on property law A meticulous approach to legal research, drafting, and negotiation Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts with clarity and confidence Strong client management skills and a commitment to providing exceptional service The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism Why Choose Our Client:
