As our Property Analyst, you will be responsible for working with the acquisition and development team in the assessment of property projects. This includes site identification, acquisition, due diligence, undertaking feasibility studies/financial modelling, documentation review, and post-development or divestment of the assets.
Main responsibilities: Assist the acquisition and development team on projects Conduct all necessary pre-acquisition research and due diligence Undertake detailed due diligence and assist with feasibility studies Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders Prepare and review contract and lease documentation as necessary Assist in negotiation of acquisition terms and lease terms with agents, tenants, and property owners Conduct research and analysis of the suitability of development sites Conduct in-depth tenant-specific research Maintain databases of real-estate agents, tenants, and consultants' information Undertake general administrative duties Work closely with internal and external stakeholders What you will bring: Minimum 3 years' experience in a related role such as Real Estate, Property Management, Investment Analysis, or Finance A degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Property, or a related field Understanding of the Australian Real Estate Market Familiarity with property valuation processes and techniques Strong skills in Excel for financial modelling Ability to gather, interpret, and analyse property data, including rental rates, occupancy, market trends, and economic indicators Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI) for reporting and creating visual representations Ability to present findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders, as well as draft detailed reports Excellent attention to detail Strong critical thinking skills to assess and respond to changing market conditions or unexpected issues with properties Proven negotiation skills Involvement in property seminars, local property organisations, and ongoing professional development to stay informed about market changes and opportunities To Apply:
