Property Accountant - 6 Month Contract

Our client is seeking a Property Accountant to join their dynamic team on an initial 6 month contract.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage the financial aspects and corporate governance of the business.
With flexible working arrangements of 3 days work from home, this role provides an excellent balance between office and remote work.What you'll do:Conduct weekly bank reconciliations.Liaise with the Fund Accountant and Corporate Accountant for inter company transactions.Review Project Cash Flow model and Dashboard monthly with the Development Manager.Prepare monthly reports for the Development Manager and senior property leaders.Work closely with the capital raising team to ensure equity injections align with capital cash flow needs.Coordinate with creditors on payment schedules and engage with councils and authorities to estimate holding costs.Review and assist in the preparation of feasibility and cash flow models.What you bring:At least 2-3 years experience as an Accountant in the area of property.Experience in working with sophisticated property developments, including funding & financial forecasting.Experience in the preparation and management of monthly reconciliations.Capacity to work with Development Managers to prepare Board Reports commentary.Demonstrable experience in Cost of Sales and Work-in-Progress journal entries posted monthly for all projects.Experience to ensure financial products offered are paid on time in line with their agreements.Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples are encouraged to apply.To apply please click apply or call Duan De Bruin on for a confidential discussion.About the job#J-18808-Ljbffr
