The Role:Reporting to the Branch Manager at our Melbourne Branch, we are seeking an ambitious and motivated person to manage and oversee projects that address changes and developments that can have an impact on our business as a whole.
You will be passionate about building strong, customer-focused relationships that keep raising the standards in delivering excellent customer service.
Duties include: Manage multiple major quotes for key and potential customers.Manage project implementation on a day-to-day basis.Generate & analyse various reports.Build a strong relationship with key suppliers.Purchasing & expediting won projects.Protect the interests of the company with thorough management and understanding of the project being quoted.Promote sales and listen to customer requirements.
Take orders.Quote follow-up.
Daily/weekly.Maintain good communication with contractors to assure timely and efficient completion of expedited projects, proper communication of issues, and documentation of the entire project process.Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule which includes administrative and other tasks involved within the project coordinator's scope.Keep a quote register of all projects tendered & contracts.Collate all project information: schedules and maintenance manuals upon request.Manage and update, in conjunction with the Branch Manager, CRM customer accounts & contacts with current information.Review & respond to emails.Essential skills: Minimum of 3 years Electrical Wholesale / Lighting / Project Coordination experienceGood customer service skillsExcellent time management skillsGood communication skillsTo super-charge your career, apply now.*Note: No onsite parking available.Fortnightly Pay CycleUniforms Provided
