Project Support OfficerLocation: Lismore, Initially 5 days a week - Flexibility after a few monthsHourly Rate: $39.89 - $59.02 Per hour + SuperInitial Assignment: 3-6 monthsKey Responsibilities:Provide project assistance in one or more of the following functions: Project Management, Assets, Records Management, Finance Management, Contract Management & Procurement.Collect and compile information for, and prepare documentation and correspondence in line with organisational requirements to support information flow and inform decision making.Maintain knowledge of current relevant legislation, policies, procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Update and maintain records and databases complying with systems and processes to ensure that all information is accurate, stored correctly and accessible.Desired Experience:Strong knowledge and experience in Microsoft applications including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.Current valid driver's licence.Good interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.Any background in construction would be highly desired.If you are interested, please apply for a confidential discussion.
