About the role: As a Project Support Officer, you will be responsible for supporting the coordination and delivery of projects, working closely alongside the Project Manager in supporting planning, problem solving, and administrative tasks associated with the projects. This position is fixed term with end date of 30 November 2025. Key responsibilities will include: Providing support for the preparation and maintenance of project plans. Overseeing the management of project related documentation in accordance with project operational guidelines. Research and analyse information, and prepare correspondence, reports, briefings and submissions regarding projects as required. Managing all aspects of program evaluations, and supporting, including preparation of documentation and reviews of evaluation procedures. Providing high level clerical and administrative support by preparing correspondence and maintaining documents and files. Managing stakeholder enquiries and complaints by responding to or referring enquiries to the appropriate business representative in an efficient and timely manner. Applying knowledge and understanding of administrative principles, practices, methods and techniques to manage all administrative records. Provide general administrative related support to the service including procurement, travel, record management and organising meetings. Reviewing work practices to propose improvements to the way the organisation performs administrative tasks. Required Skills & Experience Relevant qualifications in Office Administration, Project Management or studying towards (equivalent or formal qualifications) would be an advantage Experience with website management and record keeping is desirable Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional organisational skills Ability to work autonomously or within a team environment. High level of competency in the use of digital technology and Microsoft Office applications Understanding and commitment to Equal Employment Opportunity, Access & Equity, Work Health & Safety and Ethical Working practices Awareness of and compliance with WHS requirements. Strong work ethic and work history that would evidence commitment to ACCPA values and a genuine passion for aged care.
