Assist in the successful delivery of large scale, complex Information Management (IM) and Information and Communication Technology (ICT) program/project(s).Reporting to the Manager Delivery Support, Digital Health and Business Solutions PMO, you will deliver, support and coordinate end to end recruitment for projects, ensuring solutions are responsive to customer needs and sustainable in an enterprise environment.Maintain relationships with and between internal and external stakeholders, facilitate effective communications and foster relationships through lessons learned, feedback mechanisms and management of expectations.Key responsibilities include:Monitor and report on recruitment and resourcing activities against agreed criteria.Assist with Human Resourcing requirements.Ensure use of appropriate resource management techniques, methodologies and tools in line with Queensland Health policy.Support risk and issue identification, at program level by ensuring risks and issues are documented, reviewed and escalated as appropriate.Assist with the compilation of program/project management reports.Assist with other general administrative tasks and team support.Is this opportunity for you?To be successful in this role you will:Have demonstrated analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills and an ability to coordinate multiple tasks within agreed priorities, timeframes and accountabilities.Have knowledge of the IM/ICT project life cycle and have worked on an ICT program/project.Demonstrated ability in secretariat services for governance groups.Demonstrate ability to assist in program/project financial management, the delivery of work packages and with the compilation of program/project information.Demonstrate ability to assist with the maintenance of program/project files and the preparation and presentation of management reports.Furthermore, the preferred candidate will have knowledge of or the ability to quickly learn appropriate project management techniques, methodologies and tools (preferably PRINCE2).eHealth Queensland is one of the largest Information Communication Technology operations in the state.
