We aim to improve the health and wellbeing of the Adelaide community by coordinating and integrating health and community services and by working in partnership to identify local needs and create strategies in response to keeping people well and out of hospital; improving their experience AND their health outcomes – to deliver on our vision of A Healthier Adelaide by 2030.Why you should come work with usAdelaide PHN offers a great range of benefits to our employees, including:Competitive remuneration and work-life balance.Access to generous not for profit Salary Sacrifice taxation benefits including up to $15,900 for living expenses and $2,650 for meal and entertainment.Work from home opportunities.Additional paid leave between Christmas and New Year, in addition to annual leave entitlements.Generous allowance toward professional development.Family friendly and flexible working arrangements.Collaboration with passionate likeminded professionals.Free Employment Assistance Program.Job DescriptionThe RoleThe Project Support Officer will support Adelaide PHN's response to the Primary Health Care reform measures and Digital Health projects through the following key responsibilities:Provide administrative and project support to the project team, ensuring smooth operations and project delivery.Assist in developing detailed project documents and collateral materials (e.g. project plans, discussion papers and briefs), including timelines, milestones, resource allocation and scheduling.Coordinate tasks and activities with the project team and ensure all project phases are documented.Monitor project progress, identify risks and propose solutions to mitigate them, including appropriate escalation if required.Organise and maintain project documentation (e.g. plans and reports), ensuring all relevant information is accessible and up-to-date.Support the management of contracts and contract deliverables to achieve a contract outcome.Work with the project team to maintain strong relationships with stakeholders (face-to-face, email, phone and network meetings, events, presentations), prepare and present updates and resources.Desired Skills and ExperienceAbout YouTo be successful in this role you'll need:Demonstrated ability and skills in project support, including project planning, prioritisation of priorities, meeting timeframes.Strong communication skills both verbal and written and ability to communicate with a range of stakeholders (internal and external).Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop and maintain strong collaborative partnerships and create harmonious working relationships.Demonstrated strong organisational and project management skills with an ability to manage competing timelines and prioritise deliverables.Demonstrated ability to work as a member of a solution-focused team with an ability to plan, prioritise and coordinate multiple tasks and responsibilities.Ability to be self-directed, possess problem-solving abilities and demonstrate high-level time management skills.How to ApplyApply now by clicking on Apply and include a maximum 2 page cover letter outlining your suitability for the role along with your resume.Applications will ONLY be considered when received through our careers portal.Applications close 12 noon Friday 22 November.
