Your Role Our growth has created an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Project/ Service Delivery Coordinator to join our team on a permanent basis based in our Melbourne office.
You will be supporting our delivery team as well as running your own projects.
Manage the successful delivery of projects and service delivery initiatives, ensuring they deliver the required outcomes, on time and on budget.
Plan, develop and manage project and service delivery scheduling, including resource allocation and client communications.
Communicate regularly and proactively with clients, suppliers and our internal team to ensure everyone is properly informed and aligned.
Chair project management meetings with clients.
Track project progress, timesheets and costs to ensure projects are on track.
Approve project timesheets and expenses where relevant.
Coordinate the timely approval and issuing of project invoices and purchase orders.
Perform project and service delivery administration tasks.
Coordinate post-project client surveys.
Ensure all aspects of the project (including handover, documentation and billing) are completed prior to project closure.
Prepare project and service delivery related reports.
Coordinate service delivery activities and ensure process compliance.
Your Professional Skills & Experience At least 2-3 years' proven experience as a Project/ Service Delivery Coordinator in an IT environment, ideally with respect to Microsoft technologies used by Mid-Market organisations such as Azure, Intune and Teams.
Experience managing numerous projects/delivery processes simultaneously.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, and confidence dealing with people at all levels of an organisation.
Excellent Microsoft Excel and general software skills.
It is also highly desirable that:
You have experience within another Managed Services Provider.
You have or are currently studying Project Management certifications such as PRINCE2 or PMBOK.
You have general ITIL knowledge to a Foundation level.
