Project Reporting Specialist ensures the effective implementation of enterprise-wide reporting frameworks, providing strategic oversight and operational leadership to align project reporting with LeavePlus's goals, while fostering strong collaboration with stakeholders and project teams to drive informed decision-making and governance.
Job Description This reporting role plays a pivotal role in establishing and standardising enterprise-wide reporting processes, ensuring timely, accurate, and insightful project data is delivered to stakeholders across LeavePlus. This role focuses on driving the adoption of reporting frameworks, developing performance dashboards, and generating critical insights that align with the organisation's strategic goals. It requires strong data analysis skills, strategic planning, and the ability to manage reporting across multiple projects and initiatives.
You will be an effective communicator, able to communicate complex project data into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Your leadership in governance and reporting will support decision-making processes at all levels of the organisation, ensuring alignment with LeavePlus's objectives. With sharp analytical skills, you'll evaluate project performance and data trends, making informed recommendations that enhance both short-term project delivery and long-term operational success.
As a collaborative leader, you will foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement. Your ability to engage with diverse stakeholders, balance competing priorities, and drive standardisation will ensure that project reporting remains aligned with industry best practices and the evolving needs of the organisation. Build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders at various levels. Skills & experience:
Proficient in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and software (e.g., Jira, Confluence). Experienced in data analysis and visualization techniques. Ability to develop processes and reporting tools using a data-driven approach. Experience supporting business leaders in project delivery. Strong organizational and self-management skills, with adaptability to changing priorities. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Proven ability to meet deadlines consistently. Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive work ethic. Ability to challenge, collaborate, and influence outcomes effectively. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field. Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2). Minimum of 5 years of experience in a reporting or data analysis role, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
