Project / Pmo Support Officer

6+12 Month Federal Government Contract (Further Extensions Possible) Baseline Clearance Required ACT, NSW, SA, TAS, QLD Locations, Hybrid Working Our Federal Government Client, responsible for improving Aged Care in Australia, is looking for two (2) experienced Project Support/PMO Support Officers to work within the Program Management Office (PMO) within the RBAC Program to support the PMO along with multiple projects.

Key activities include: Secretariat function for Executive Governance bodies along with Project Working Groups, including coordination of meetings, drafting of agendas, minutes and actions, circulation of meeting packs, and following up on actions. Preparation and updating of required Program and Project documentation, including status reports, project registers, and risk registers. Drafting of procurement documentation and ongoing management/tracking of contracts. Use of the Commissions' Project Governance Framework and the Portfolio and Project Management (PPM) Tool to track key project activities, risks, and decisions. Essential Requirements: Experience in a project support role. Experience in a PMO. Experience coordinating meetings, committees, and working groups, including production of agendas, minutes, and managing records. Strong written communication skills, demonstrated organizational skills, and attention to detail. Development and maintenance of stakeholder relationships. This role closes on Sunday 24th November.
