About the OpportunityOur client is looking for a full-time Project Manager based in Rockhampton, Queensland. In this role, you will report to the Business Management Team and be accountable for managing multiple projects to meet and exceed client expectations.
More specifically, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Managing multiple projects with a focus on client satisfactionPreparing cost estimates and tender submissionsLiaising with subcontractors and clientsEnsuring projects are on track and within budgetReading and understanding project requirements from documentationBuilding and maintaining strong client and subcontractor relationshipsForward planning to prevent and resolve issuesAbout YouTo qualify, you will need a minimum of three years' construction project experience. A trade background in structural steel, welding and fabrication and metal fabrication will be held in high regard.
