Project Manager - Utility-Scale Solar

Please note any applications with no experience in utility-scale Solar or BESS will not be considered.Vinova are supporting multiple Solar & BESS projects in Victoria and we are looking for 3x Project Manager to work on projects based in Victoria. These roles will be reporting into the Program Director. We have multiple roles for new projects which are due to start within the next 1-3 months.We are looking for an outstanding Project Manager who has extensive experience in deliverying utility scale solar farms or BESS Hybrid projects.ResponsibilitiesLeadership: Lead and mentor project teams, set project goals, and develop strategies.Resource Management: Optimize allocation of personnel, equipment, and finances.Budgeting: Establish and manage project budgets, control costs, and evaluate financial performance.Stakeholder Relationships: Cultivate relationships with partners and stakeholders, provide strategic updates.Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.Quality Control: Ensure projects meet engineering, safety, and quality standards.Continuous Improvement: Implement initiatives to enhance project outcomes.Reporting: Provide comprehensive project status reports to senior management.Qualifications & ExperienceExperience: 5+ years in project management, preferably within the renewable energy or construction industry.Must have: Experience delivering Solar Farms (utility scale projects)Skills: Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, decision-making, communication, and interpersonal abilities.Desirable: PMP certification, experience with large-scale solar projects, and familiarity with renewable energy technologies.Visionary leadership, negotiation, conflict resolution, risk assessment, adaptability, and time management.If this fits your background and you would like to learn more about the role then please apply for a confidential conversation.Report this job advert Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
