As a Pact Project Manager, you will perform a pivotal role leading key projects across our NSW business leveraging your strong leadership and people management skills to deliver your project portfolios on time and on budget.
Your key responsibilities will be to: Demonstrate genuine safety first leadership, leading by example to all employees.
Continue to improve and maintain all high standard safety practices established on all Pact sites Lead a large multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of the overall project scope within the time, cost and quality requirements.
Drive high performance through collaboration, positive leadership, identification of risks, and interface with clients and authorities Support the wider team to ensure client partners and stakeholder expectations are managed Accurately and clearly report on the performance of all projects within your remit including risk identification, recommendations for solution and remediation.
Your skills and experience Extensive experience in leading multidisciplinary teams on complex projects, with experience in managing multiple stakeholders.
Extensive supplier and manufacturing construction, optomisation experience including construction/technology planning and management, leading teams, budgeting and planning, procurement, risk management, client management, dispute/issue resolution Excellent communication and presentation experience across varied audiences Your previous experience has both breadth and depth featuring engineering, manufacturing and construction focus.
