THE COMPANY:
Work for a significant player in the Adelaide construction industry. This company has decades of experience. They cater for construction projects in Healthcare, Aged Care, Education, Commercial Offices, Recreation, Defence, Industrial and more.

THE ROLE:
As the Project Manager or Senior Project Manager, you will be the main point of contact for commercial construction projects that you manage. You will oversee new build construction projects and manage budgets in conjunction with upper management, OHS based initiatives, working with contractors and sub-contractors where necessary, architects, engineers and other stakeholders, site management, etc. You will lead and work to get projects to come in on time and within budget. These projects will be varying in size and scale.

THE PERSON:
You will be a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager who has managed commercial new build projects within Australia. You will be flexible in your approach, have a high level of attention to detail and emotional intelligence as well as communication skills.
