Project Manager Required - Fitout & Refurbishment projectsOur Client is a well-known and long-standing commercial interiors specialist based in the inner suburbs. They have been in operation for over 20 years, delivering projects across all major market sectors. They have long-standing relationships with some of the largest institutional/government Clients in the country, which allows them to negotiate projects rather than secure work through competitive tendering.They are enjoying an extended period of buoyancy and are looking to add an additional Project Manager to the team. The role will focus on projects in the $250K - $5M range and work predominantly for major institutional Clients.To be considered, the successful candidate will have a strong track record of project management in the commercial interiors sector. They will have the capacity to deliver both design & construct and fully documented projects and have the ability to manage up to 3 projects concurrently. Equally important is an ability to excel in a Client-facing role and a positive, enthusiastic attitude.In return, the successful candidate will be rewarded with a salary package in the $120,000 - $170,000 total range with genuine work/life balance.
