Project Manager Required - $30M Institutional Project - 2nd tier builderOur client is one of Melbourne's top performing 2nd tier builders. They have been in operation for over a generation building some of Melbourne's most identifiable buildings. At present they turnover north of $400M delivering projects across all major market sectors.

They are incredibly busy at present, so require an additional Project Manager to deliver a recently secured $30M institutional/aged care project in the Eastern suburbs.

Reporting to the Directors, you will be given complete autonomy over your project so you will possess the ability to effectively lead a team. With a proven track record in Project Management, you will have a passion for quality, the ability to manage programs and budget, work under pressure and achieve the highest levels of client satisfaction.

To be considered, you will be either trade or tertiary qualified in Construction with a minimum of 3 years end-to-end project management experience working on major commercial projects ($10M+).
