Project Manager (Perinatal Imaging Research Group)
Employment Type:Full - time (35 hours a week)
Duration:Fixed Term until 31stJuly 2025
Remuneration:$123,044 base (+17% super and leave loading)
Working rights:Full Australian working rights for duration of the contract.
Location:Royal Hospital for Women, Randwick, Sydney.
Why this role matters:
The Project Manager will play a lead role within the Faculty of Medicine / Discipline of Women's Health in the planning, development and implementation of all aspects of the Wellcome Leap In Utero ('In Utero') project (Measurement and Modelling During Gestational Development) co-ordinated through the Perinatal Imaging Research Group of the School of Clinical Medicine, UNSW Medicine & Health, UNSW Sydney.
The role entails developing project planning documentation, identifying and building appropriate project teams and initiating and overseeing the project, including managing all stakeholder engagement and quality assurance.
Key skills required:
Relevant tertiary qualification with subsequent relevant experience or equivalent competence gained through any combination of education, training and experience.
Proven project management experience, with an in-depth understanding of the project life cycle and strategic development of project plans, objectives and documentation.
Advanced written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail for deliverables produced.
Demonstrated success working effectively and collaboratively on initiatives with a range of people at different levels within an organisation.
Knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures.
High level of experience working with a range of computer systems and applications, including those related to UNSW finance, grant management and reporting.
