Why you will love this opportunity as Project Manager at Civica As Project Manager with expertise in ERP system deployment, you will lead and manage various ERP deployment projects to ensure alignment with our organizational objectives.
Your responsibilities will include developing detailed project plans that outline timelines, milestones, and resource allocation to ensure the successful attainment of program goals.
In your role, you will oversee the execution of individual projects within the program.
Effectively managing interdependencies is crucial for achieving successful outcomes.
As the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, you'll facilitate regular communications and meetings, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure their satisfaction throughout the lifecycle of the project.

Follow the link to find out more about what you'll be working on Local Government Services and Software | Civica Requirements What you will do to be successful in this role Bring a wealth of experience when it comes to successfully planning, managing, implementing and deploying complex enterprise ERP projects concurrently (you will need to have PMP or equivalent to be considered for this role) Navigate the intricacies and difficulties associated with complex projects, delivering programs punctually and within allocated resources Drive innovation and enhance operational efficiency to align with organizational objectives Excel when it comes to client facing, managing stakeholder expectations, providing regular updates ensuring client satisfaction Prepare and deliver regular program status reports to senior management and stakeholders Prepare and maintain program documentation, including plans, reports, and records guaranteeing precision, completeness, and accessibility Excel when it comes to utilizing a variety of project management tools Ideally hold a bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology (or a related field) We really do want you to bring your whole self to work.
