Working with a market leader in the UK, I am looking for an ambitious Project Manager to lead several NHS Software Implementations.
This new role has arisen due to growth, and the business's performance has never been better. They are thriving with several implementation projects ahead. IT is key to their success, and they need systems and solutions that will grow with them as a business and allow them to sustain a competitive advantage within their industry.
My client has an array of exciting projects in the pipeline, and their Project Management team needs to grow to ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will join a fast-paced, high-pressure environment where requirements can change at a moment's notice, so we require a PM with commercial experience managing medium to large IT projects with a focus on NHS implementations. This experience is vital as you will deal with all aspects of the project, including the intricacies of the systems.
With your project management experience, you will lead various projects from conception to delivery, including working across different sites and clients focusing on various implementations within their pathology suite. We are looking for someone with extensive experience in Pathology and working with LIMS systems.
The company currently follows an Agile PRINCE2 methodology, and we would ideally like to see someone who has managed complex solutions within healthcare and possesses keen strategic thinking.
You will quickly build relationships across IT and the wider business while demonstrating exceptional stakeholder management skills. This role is heavily client-focused, so we seek someone who can influence, challenge, and engage effectively with clients and senior members of the business.
